    Employee Acknowledgment

    I, the undersigned employee, acknowledge and confirm the following:

    1. Receipt of Policy

      I acknowledge that I have received, read, and been given the opportunity to review the Earthworks Grading and Paving Sexual Harassment & Discrimination Policy. I understand that this policy applies to all employees, regardless of position, title, length of employment, or work location.

    2. Understanding of Prohibited Conduct

      I understand that Earthworks Grading and Paving strictly prohibits sexual harassment, discrimination, intimidation, and retaliation in any form. I understand that prohibited conduct may include verbal, physical, visual, written, or electronic behavior, whether committed by coworkers, supervisors, managers, clients, vendors, contractors, or any other individuals encountered in the course of employment.

    3. Equal and Respectful Workplace

      I understand that the Company is committed to maintaining a professional work environment that is respectful, safe, and free from unlawful conduct, and that all employees are expected to treat one another with dignity and respect.

    4. Reporting Responsibilities and Rights

      I understand that I have the right and responsibility to report conduct that I believe may violate Company policy or Nevada law. I understand that complaints may be made without fear of retaliation and that I am not required to report harassment or discrimination directly to the person involved

    5. Investigation Process

      I understand that Earthworks Grading and Paving will promptly and impartially investigate complaints to the extent possible and take appropriate corrective action when policy violations are found.

    6. Non-Retaliation Assurance

      I understand that retaliation against any employee for reporting concerns, participating in an investigation, or opposing unlawful conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

    7. Employee Conduct Expectations

      I agree to comply fully with this policy and to conduct myself in a professional manner at all times. I understand that violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

    8. At-Will Employment Disclaimer

      I understand that this acknowledgment does not alter my at-will employment status and does not create a contract of employment. Earthworks Grading and Paving reserves the right to modify, revise, or update its policies at any time, with or without notice, in accordance with applicable law.
